Party Poker is hosting the Irish Poker Championship in January. They will be offering satellite poker tournament for players to win a $5000 dollar seat to the poker championship. Players that win the package will get a $2800 buy-in and $1000 dollars spending money and hotel and airplane transfer costs.
The Party Poker.net Irish Poker Championship is estimated to have over 400 players that participate including local Irish poker players and International poker professionals. The tournament will start on January 3rd and run through the 6th at the Galway City.
