The prices through our website are for the products only. These prices do not include freight and/or packaging charges. These prices are calculated within the Shipping portion of the checkout process. Payment must be received before the goods are dispatched. Goods will be dispatched as soon as possible after payment is received. These conditions apply once the order has been placed with us. Prtyplanet.com accepts no responsibility once your product(s) have been dispatched.Prtyplanet.com cannot accept items for return for refund or credit. Notify prtyplanet.com immediately if damaged goods or an incorrect order has been received and prtyplanet.com will replace stock once it has been received back.In the event that prtyplanet.com are unable to use a users chosen delivery method (shown on their invoice), prtyplanet.com reserves the right to choose and use another delivery method at their discretion. If a parcel is unclaimed and returned to prtyplanet.com, the customer will have the option to either resend the parcel (the shipping cost will be recharged) or receive a refund. In the event that a refund is chosen, a processing fee will be charged to the customer. This processing fee is calculated as being 10% of the final order total of which includes shipping and product cost.Some parcels sent overseas will be quarantined by local customs. An additional fee may be required by customs to release your parcel.
